Description

The CGS Group Helios QD Ti is a short, quick-attach rifle suppressor rated for .223 Rem/5.56 NATO and designed for use on rifles and carbines. It is constructed from Grade V titanium, finished in PVD black DLC, and ships with multiple rear and front caps plus a QD adapter ring for mounting options.

  • .36 in bore designed to reduce back pressure and muzzle flash.
  • Interchangeable rear caps: 1/2×28 and 5/8×24, plus 1.375×24 adapter ring for QD mounts.
  • Includes sealed front cap for maximum reduction and ported front cap for blowback mitigation and left-hand shooters.
  • Tapered interface to reduce carbon locking with muzzle devices.
  • Internal surfaces coated with SX Line or hexagonal boron nitride; all tertiary components Grade V titanium.
  • Full-auto rated for compatible hosts; 10 in minimum barrel length for 5.56 mm.

How You Get This Firearm

Pickup or ship to your FFL

This is an NFA-regulated item. It requires an FFL transfer (and, if not already completed, your ATF tax stamp) before you can take possession. Pick it up in person at our store (4755 US-280, Birmingham, AL 35242), or have it shipped to the FFL of your choice anywhere in the country.

Paperwork at pickup

A completed ATF Form 4473 and a NICS background check are required at pickup, per federal law. A valid Alabama concealed carry permit (regular or lifetime) can serve as an ATF-recognized alternative to the NICS check.
