Description
Samson Hannibal Rail is a Picatinny top rail handguard solution for Ruger Mini-14 and Ruger Mini-30 rifles built for 2008 or later. It allows a micro red dot to be mounted forward of the action without using a Picatinny rail clamp adapter. The rail also includes mounting points for accessories, plus an included 2 in Picatinny rail and a QD swivel mount.
