Ruger Security-9 is a semi-auto, hammer-fired pistol chambered in 9mm Luger with a 4 in barrel and 10+1 capacity. It uses a compact, concealment-oriented design with a high-performance glass-filled nylon grip frame and a blued, through-hardened alloy steel slide and barrel. Drift-adjustable sights and a manual thumb safety are included.

Pickup or ship to your FFL

This is a firearm. It requires an FFL transfer before you can take possession. Pick it up in person at our store (4755 US-280, Birmingham, AL 35242), or have it shipped to the FFL of your choice anywhere in the country.

Paperwork at pickup

A completed ATF Form 4473 and a NICS background check are required at pickup, per federal law. A valid Alabama concealed carry permit (regular or lifetime) can serve as an ATF-recognized alternative to the NICS check.

Transfer fees
