Champion’s Double Reaction Spinner Target is a metal spinner target designed for .22-cal rimfire use. It uses a solid steel, welded construction and a three-piece metal frame to hold the target firmly in place. The outside target spins slower than the inside target, giving you two moving targets to react to in one setup.
