Talley 740702 Lightweight Alloy Scope Mount rings are a 30mm medium, unitized ring and base system for use on compatible Winchester Model 70 (.860) standard caliber and short mag rifles, including Montana 1999. The design uses one-piece construction with no joint between scope and rifle, helping avoid ring-and-base misalignment.
