Description
Glaser Pow’rBall handgun ammunition in .40 S&W uses a 135 grain projectile with a polymer tip. The jacket is a gilding metal jacket over a lead core shaped into a patented V shape, capped by a round polymer ball. The polymer ball disperses air around the bullet for aerodynamics and helps feeding in auto pistols. On impact, the polymer ball delays expansion so it can penetrate several inches before the cavity is exposed and the bullet fully expands.
