Daniel Defense DD5 V3 is a semi-auto rifle chambered in .308 / 7.62 NATO with a 16″ barrel and a 10+1 capacity. It is built for a stable, controllable feel and accepts SR-25 pattern magazines. The rifle is optic ready and includes an adjustable gas system.

How You Get This Firearm

Pickup or ship to your FFL

This is a firearm. It requires an FFL transfer before you can take possession. Pick it up in person at our store (4755 US-280, Birmingham, AL 35242), or have it shipped to the FFL of your choice anywhere in the country.

Paperwork at pickup

A completed ATF Form 4473 and a NICS background check are required at pickup, per federal law. A valid Alabama concealed carry permit (regular or lifetime) can serve as an ATF-recognized alternative to the NICS check.

Transfer fees
