FightLite Industries MCR556DFRS is a complete MCR upper receiver built for 5.56 NATO use. It has a 12.5 in barrel with 1:7 in twist, adjustable sights, and a MIL-STD 1913 Picatinny rail handguard. The upper is finished in black and is designed to work with an AR-15 lower receiver.
