FN 509 Compact Tactical is a double-action-only semi-auto pistol chambered in 9mm with a 4.32 in barrel and a 10+1 round capacity. It has a Flat Dark Earth polymer frame with an optic cut slide and serrations, plus blackout iron sights that co-witness. The pistol also features a Picatinny rail and fully ambidextrous controls for easier use.

How You Get This Firearm

Pickup or ship to your FFL

This is a firearm. It requires an FFL transfer before you can take possession. Pick it up in person at our store (4755 US-280, Birmingham, AL 35242), or have it shipped to the FFL of your choice anywhere in the country.

Paperwork at pickup

A completed ATF Form 4473 and a NICS background check are required at pickup, per federal law. A valid Alabama concealed carry permit (regular or lifetime) can serve as an ATF-recognized alternative to the NICS check.

Transfer fees
