FN America / FN Herstal AR-15 premium button rifled barrel is made from U.S. sourced Chrome Moly Venadium material. It is high pressure tested (HPT) and magnetic particle inspected (MPI) to help ensure consistent quality. This 16 in barrel is for .223 REM / 5.56 NATO and uses a 1 in 7 in RH twist with a mid-length gas system.
