Description

Griffin Armament 24mm x 1.5mm thread adapters give compatible AK platforms 1/2×28 or 5/8×24 threads. These aren’t hardware store grade adapters. These adapters feature a raised surface that interacts with the muzzle face of the barrel rather than the front sight base, permitting vastly superior theoretical alignment accuracy than the detented and loose, rattle-trap devices common to these systems. For rifles that have clean muzzle faces that are perpendicular to the bore. We recommend 50ft lbs of torque for installation, and qualified gunsmith installation and alignment checks prior to suppressor use. 27mm wrench flats are provided for ease of installation.

How You Get This Firearm

Pickup or ship to your FFL

This is an NFA-regulated item. It requires an FFL transfer (and, if not already completed, your ATF tax stamp) before you can take possession. Pick it up in person at our store (4755 US-280, Birmingham, AL 35242), or have it shipped to the FFL of your choice anywhere in the country.

Paperwork at pickup

A completed ATF Form 4473 and a NICS background check are required at pickup, per federal law. A valid Alabama concealed carry permit (regular or lifetime) can serve as an ATF-recognized alternative to the NICS check.

Transfer fees
