Hi-Point’s 4595TS 45 ACP carbine has an all-weather, polymer skeletonized stock with an internal recoil buffer, multiple Weaver-style rails, a sling, swivels, and scope base. It has a quick on/off thumb safety, grip-mounted clip release, last round lock open feature, and fully adjustable sights (post front, peep rear). The 4595TS carbine has a 17.5″ barrel for an OAL of 32″. Hi-Point produces affordable, American-made firearms featuring 100% American parts and assembly. Hi-Point carbines are +P rated and accept all factory ammunition. This model features a 4x32mm scope. It has a black stock with black metal finish and includes a 9-round magazine. (The mag is interchangeable with JHP45 handgun)

How You Get This Firearm

Pickup or ship to your FFL

This is a firearm. It requires an FFL transfer before you can take possession. Pick it up in person at our store (4755 US-280, Birmingham, AL 35242), or have it shipped to the FFL of your choice anywhere in the country.

Paperwork at pickup

A completed ATF Form 4473 and a NICS background check are required at pickup, per federal law. A valid Alabama concealed carry permit (regular or lifetime) can serve as an ATF-recognized alternative to the NICS check.

Transfer fees
