Hi Point Firearms HP-15 is a semi-auto .223 Rem/5.56 NATO rifle with a 16 in barrel. It uses a 15 in M-LOK handguard and includes UTG flip-up adjustable iron sights. A manual 90 degree safety selector helps with routine operation, and the muzzle is fitted with an A2 birdcage muzzle break. The package includes a 30 rd magazine and locking hardware.

Pickup or ship to your FFL

This is a firearm. It requires an FFL transfer before you can take possession. Pick it up in person at our store (4755 US-280, Birmingham, AL 35242), or have it shipped to the FFL of your choice anywhere in the country.

Paperwork at pickup

A completed ATF Form 4473 and a NICS background check are required at pickup, per federal law. A valid Alabama concealed carry permit (regular or lifetime) can serve as an ATF-recognized alternative to the NICS check.
