The 1944 M1 carbine has the same features as the 1945 M1 carbine, but with a Type 2 barrel band and 10-round magazine. This model features adjustable rear sights, a push button safety, round bolt, and a “low wood” walnut stock.

How You Get This Firearm
Pickup or ship to your FFL
This is a firearm. It requires an FFL transfer before you can take possession. Pick it up in person at our store (4755 US-280, Birmingham, AL 35242), or have it shipped to the FFL of your choice anywhere in the country.
Paperwork at pickup
A completed ATF Form 4473 and a NICS background check are required at pickup, per federal law. A valid Alabama concealed carry permit (regular or lifetime) can serve as an ATF-recognized alternative to the NICS check.
Transfer fees
