Springfield Armory 1911 Operator is a semi-auto 9mm pistol built on a full-size 1911 configuration. It has a 5 in match grade barrel and a 9+1 capacity. The slide is carbon steel with an optic ready, serrated top, and the frame uses a carbon steel construction with a black Cerakote finish.

How You Get This Firearm

Pickup or ship to your FFL

This is a firearm. It requires an FFL transfer before you can take possession. Pick it up in person at our store (4755 US-280, Birmingham, AL 35242), or have it shipped to the FFL of your choice anywhere in the country.

Paperwork at pickup

A completed ATF Form 4473 and a NICS background check are required at pickup, per federal law. A valid Alabama concealed carry permit (regular or lifetime) can serve as an ATF-recognized alternative to the NICS check.

Transfer fees
