Warne Maxima Steel Bases are a 2-piece base set made to use the Weaver mounting design. The low-profile Maxima bases give the firearm a streamlined look, and each base includes a full-width recoil slot to help Warne ring recoil control keys seat with maximum bearing surface. When paired with Warne Maxima QD Rings, shooters can still use open sights by looking over the top of the bases.
