XS Sights R3D Night Sights use a 3-dot tritium notch and post sight picture, with a blacked-out rear to improve contrast. The front sight uses an Ember glow dot system that charges from the front tritium lamp to make the front glow brighter than the rear in low light. This design is meant for a clear focus downrange in bright and low light.
